Ricardo Rossello

Dr. Ricardo Rossello is a public servant, accomplished scientist, entrepreneur, author, former Governor of Puerto Rico and Neurobiologist. He currently serves as a U.S. Congressional Delegate for Puerto Rico, elected through an unprecedented write-in campaign. His unique blend of expertise and experience across several disciplines includes a BA in chemical and biomedical engineering.

He received a Ph.D. from Michigan, followed by post-doc research at Duke, where he focused on reprogramming stem cells. Dr. Rossello is currently the CVO of The Regenerative Medicine Institute (RMI Health), one of the world’s leading longevity research institutions and is the co-founder of Beijing Prosperous Biopharm, a medical research company focused on cancer, neurodegeneration problems, diabetes, and HIV. Rosselló worked on various drug development research projects. Rossello is currently an adjunct professor at George Mason University. He is the author of The Reformer’s Dilemma and the Need for a Radical Middle.
